TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 1975 C231, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., known as the Open Public Meetings Act, the Township Committee of the Township of Delaware will hold a meeting on June 24, 2025 at 7:30 pm at the Municipal Building 570 Rosemont Ringoes Rd. Sergeantsville, NJ 08557. The purpose of this meeting is to approve a resolution Endorsing Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan; adoption of a resolution memorializing prior termination of a Road Maintenance Agreement; acknowledgment of correspondence and acceptance of resignation of Recreation Commission Chair; and executive session to discuss personnel, potential litigation. Action will be taken.
